"During the sound bowl meditation I was able to briefly enter a dreaming state. It was different than dreaming while asleep, it felt like dipping a foot in water but I snapped myself out of it partway through and wasn't able to go back, but I thought that was really cool. Then during the Reiki portion, I had restless energy but when I received the shoulder contact, I felt a warm sensation that immediately calmed the energy. Then I felt a cooling sensation during the knee contact which again calmed the restless energy. Always a rewarding experience!"

At some point during the session I remember having a brief moment where I felt a sensation of something entering from the top of my head and quickly moving down to the bottom of my spine. It felt like a large channel was opened briefly."
