Sound Therapy works at cellular level by creating resonance and vibration causes positive changes by reducing stress to help the body heal and regenerate itself. Crystal sound bowls are used in these sessions which are made out of crystal quartz made from heating silicon sand. We are naturally drawn to quarts as our cells contain silica and balances our electromagnetic energies. The crystals act as an oscillator that enhances the transmission of pure tones and chakras to cleans and refresh the body. Each of the crystal bowls has a tone frequency that resonates to each of the chakra's in the body and it assists with rebalancing all the chakras.

During a group sound bath session I will be facilitating a guided meditation to help relax and set intention for the session. I will then start playing the different crystal bowls to balance different chakras in the body and create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Group sessions can occur at the comfort of a home or a common studio place. This can also be combined with Reiki energy healing.

Reiki is a Japanese word that translates to "universal life force energy" which is the energy that flows through everyone. "Rei" means "soul" and "Ki" means energy and together it means its "spiritually guided" energy. Reiki can be felt as warmth, love, light, a cool breeze, or just a deep relaxation. Reiki is focused on channeling the pure energy around us to help release any negative emotions or physical ailments that no longer serves us and integrate unconditional love and light. Once different areas of our bodies experience this healing touch, it can allow self healing and rejuvenation. During a Reiki session different chakra areas of the body will be touch (or without touch if preferred) to promote healing in those areas. Reiki energy healing can also occur at a distance which has been described as having similar effects as an in person session.

The practitioner will spend between 3-10min on each person depending on the number of participants. These sessions can take place at a home or a common studio place.

Archangelic Light Reiki is used to channel light from the Archangels to promote healing. It is a very powerful experiences as it brings in the angelic realm to assist in further healing. The angelic realm is very close to us and they have the power to assist us in many ways. It is their intention to assist us once permission is granted and they know well what is best for our healing. The practitioner holds a space of open and clear channel for the angelic realm to come through and support healing. These sessions create a powerful space with an immense amount of love and light pouring through from the spiritual realm. If preferred, these sessions can also be combined with a Reiki session.

The Integrative Energy Therapy works with the energy of the healing angels to clear trapped emotions and imprinting their positive emotion in the cellular memory centers to cleans body, emotion, mind, and spirit. This energy have been found to flow through different passageways that bring energy to nourish and replenish each organ. Some examples include releasing energy of guilt from the head and imprinting freedom.

Celtic Reiki channels the energy from ancient trees to promote healing. The forest is a vast source of energy and combined with Reiki energy healing it can be very beneficial and grounding. A few different types of trees that are channeled during Celtic Reiki are the Birch tree, Willow Tree, and Yew Tree among many. Each tree can work with different chakras and release any stuck energy or bring in revitalizing energy into those areas.
